Day 1 – Welcome to the West Coast
A friendly guide welcomes you to Vancouver as you begin your Canada ski vacation package. Your scenic transfer takes you along the Sea to Sky highway to Whistler. Enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean as you wind into the majestic snow covered mountains.
You arrive in Whistler and instantly see why it is named among the world’s best ski vacation destinations. Twin peaks with unbelievable terrain are yours to discover over the next few days. Whistler Resort Village is famous for its nightlife from lively pubs and nightclubs to gourmet restaurants.
You only have the best accommodations to choose from on vacations in Canada with Fresh Tracks. Choose from hotels with ski-in/ski-out access offering maximum time on the slopes or central village locations offering the best access to the Village.
Give us your details and standard of skiing we will have your skis ready at Summit Rental for your arrival. Exchange your equipment anytime to suit the conditions of your day; complimentary slope side storage allows you to rest easy during your afternoon snack or pint.
Day 2 – Introducing Whistler on your Canada Vacation Package
Beat the crowds this morning and be one of the first to glide down the mountain. The Fresh Tracks early bird breakfast gives you exclusive access to Whistler Mountain following a full delicious breakfast.
A complimentary Whistler Blackcomb tour this morning takes you to the best areas of the day.
Hit the hills! Whistler Blackcomb features 8100 acres of skiing terrain, more than 200 trails, and access to 3 glaciers, 37 lifts, and 12 alpine bowls. This year Whistler Blackcomb welcomes the exciting addition of the “Peak 2 Peak” gondola. The widest and highest in the world, this gondola ensures the best views and that you get to maximize your time on your Canada ski vacation package.
Whistler Village comes alive when the sun goes down. Choose from one of the many heated patios or turn up the heat yourself at a lounge listening to live music.
Day 3 – Snowmobiling on Vacations in Whistler
Enjoy a day of mountain hopping; today would be a great day to take advantage of the peak to peak gondola - the only one of its kind in Canada. For best viewing wait for one of the silver cabins featuring real glass in the windows and a fenced glass bottom.
The moon lights the way tonight on your guided Night Riders Snowmobile adventure. Experienced guides lead you to Fitzsimmons Creek Valley, a mid mountain snow playground. See what your machines can do as you test their agility and power. Gain a new perspective of the mountain on this nocturnal adventure.
Day 4 – Whistler
It’s another early morning on your Canada vacation package as you venture for seconds of Whistler’s Fresh Tracks Breakfast. Beating those morning crowds once again is irresistible!
While on the hills be sure to check out some of the mountain top restaurants. Chic Pea serves pizza, yummy cinnamon buns and lots more in a funky atmosphere. If a home-style stew is more what you’re looking for then try out Horstman Hut’s outdoor patio.
Day 5 – More Whistler! On your Canada Vacation Package
Get in those double black diamonds or take a break and explore Whistler Village. There are over 200 shops and stores ranging from art galleries to the latest skiing and snowboarding equipment.
Spend the evening finding your favorite hot spot in Whistler’s dynamic village.
Day 6 – Whistler
Getting to be one of the first down the mountain is too good to miss. Plus, the Fresh Tracks breakfast is the best way to prepare for a day on the hills!
Spend the rest of the day perfecting your skills. Give yourself one last challenge at that double black diamond run. Retire early to rest or explore one of the other great winter activities that Whistler is home to such as snowshoeing, zip-trekking or dogsledding. Day 7 – Whistler & Fondue
Fit in any runs you haven’t tried yet or take a few last runs down your new favorites. While on snack break, warm up in Crystal Hut’s cozy log cabin and enjoy a Belgian Waffle made right before your eyes!
