Canada's best grizzly bear viewing location, Knight Inlet Lodge, is nestled in a quiet cove on the emerald waters of Knight Inlet in British Columbia. Enjoy unique wildlife and nature photography opportunities, while you experience the Canadian wilderness first-hand on your Canada vacation package.
Glendale Cove in Knight Inlet is home to one of the largest concentrations of grizzly bears in British Columbia. It is not uncommon for up to forty bears to be within a few miles of the lodge during the peak fall season when the salmon are running up the Glendale River.

Day 1 - Your Canada Vacation Package - Campbell River
Make your way to Campbell River and check into your hotel. The remainder of the day is at your leisure. Spend the night in Campbell River.
Day 2 - Floatplane - Campbell River to Knight Inlet Lodge - Experience spectacular sights on Canada vacations!
Get ready to begin an exciting few days of grizzly bear tours, adventure, and relaxing (of course!) The flight heading for Knight Inlet Lodge takes roughly 30 minutes. Spend the rest of the day participating in one of several activities available at the lodge, including kayaking, hiking, and wildlife viewing or spend the day on a grizzly bear tour. Canada vacations with Fresh Tracks are always customizable!
Days 3 & 4 - Knight Inlet Lodge
Your Canada wildlife vacation package at the rustic Knight Inlet Lodge continues. Relax in the vast west coast wilderness, choose a lodge activity (see optional activities), or go grizzly bear viewing accompanied by an experienced guide.
Day 5 - End of Grizzly Bear Vacation Package
Get up early to soak in the fresh wilderness air, perhaps spotting a grazing deer or two as you sip your coffee. Today you fly back to Campbell River. Much too soon you leave the beautiful wilderness and crisp air of Canada behind as you make your way to the International airport for your flight home.

Please Note: As some of the tours are marine based they are strongly weather dependant. It may be difficult to fit some tours into your stay. Extra nights are available for your stay at Knight Inlet and are recommended if you want to participate in more optional activities.
